The college has a Grievance Redressal Committee to redress the grievance of its stakeholders. Students can approach the forum to voice their grievances regarding academic matters health services, library and other services. A Student may send her grievance to the Principal over email (principal@jdbikolkata.in) or put the note in the Grievance box located near the Principal’s office. The Committee shall redress the grievances by sorting out the problems promptly and judiciously.
